Glorious Factions — Legal Notice

In short. Glorious Factions is run by Gamers Dynasty LLC, a subsidiary of RLM Global LLC. This page lists our company details, how to contact us, how people in the EU and the UK can reach us, and our contact points for players and for public authorities under the EU Digital Services Act. To report illegal content or a player, use Support → "Report a player" in the game. The rules for using the game are in the Terms of Service, Purchase Terms and Game Rules; how we handle data is in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie and Storage Notice.

3. Tax

Sidereal packs are sold by Stripe's Link service as merchant of record, which charges and pays the VAT or sales tax on them (see the Purchase Terms, section 1.4). We are not registered for VAT in the EU or the UK.

4. Contact

We do not offer telephone support. We usually answer email and in-game requests within 2 working days.

5. Person responsible for content

Robert Louis Messino Jr, 11809 College Blvd, Overland Park, KS 66210, USA (responsible for the content of news and announcements we publish).

6. Representatives

Representatives in the EU and UK. We have not yet appointed a representative in the European Union or the United Kingdom under Article 27 of the GDPR and the UK GDPR. Until we do, people in the EU, EEA and UK can contact us directly at legal@gloriousfactions.com about anything concerning their data, and can always complain to their local data protection authority. We will name our representatives here once appointed.

We have not yet designated a legal representative in the EU under Article 13 of the Digital Services Act. Authorities can reach us through the contact point in section 7.1.

7. Digital Services Act contact points

7.1 Single point of contact for authorities (Article 11)

Member state authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can use this contact point to communicate with us directly and electronically.

7.2 Single point of contact for players and other users (Article 12)

You can choose how to contact us. Messages to this contact point are handled by people; we do not rely only on automated tools to respond.

7.3 Reporting illegal content

Anyone can report content they believe is illegal, including people without a Glorious Factions account. In the game, use Support → "Report a player"; otherwise email legal@gloriousfactions.com. What to include, and how we handle reports, statements of reasons, complaints and appeals, is set out in the Terms of Service, section 12, and the Game Rules.

7.4 Transparency

Gamers Dynasty LLC is a micro enterprise. Under the Digital Services Act this means we do not have to publish transparency reports (Article 15(2)) or the number of our active users in the EU (Articles 19 and 24(2)). We will publish them if that changes. We still offer every player a free internal complaints process (see the Terms of Service, section 12.5).

8. Consumer dispute resolution

• The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available, so we do not link to it.
• We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
• Players in the EU can take disputes about content moderation decisions to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act — see the Terms of Service, section 12.6.
• How disputes are resolved, including arbitration for players in the US, is set out in the Terms of Service, section 20.

9. Intellectual property

Glorious Factions, its logo, game art, text, music and software are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by Gamers Dynasty LLC or its licensors. © 2026 Gamers Dynasty LLC. All rights reserved. Other names, marks and works belong to their owners. Open-source software and third-party art are used under their licences.

Copyright complaints. If you believe content in the game infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@gloriousfactions.com (or by post to the address in section 4) identifying the work, the content and where it is, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised. We will act on valid notices promptly. Players whose content repeatedly infringes copyright will have their accounts closed.

10. Hosting and service providers

For transparency, the game and website are hosted with the providers listed in the Privacy Policy (database and authentication hosting, payment processing and website hosting).
